for domains other than: .us  .de  .jp  .be  .at  .co.uk  .me.uk  .org.uk  
.co.nz  .net.nz  .org.nz  .jobs 

The cost at go daddy accounts is pretty typically around 12-15 bucks and you 
can not be doing anything illegal.  The FBI can request for the record and 
will get it if they ask for it.
