We are a trading company. The majority of the employees and on-site
clients day-trade securities for a living. The tech part of the
company has a few programmers and tech support guys. This is pretty
much a programmer's dream job: no meetings, no code reviews, no dress
code. The boss will more or less leave your alone and let you do your
thing, but if you have questions he is happy to help. (Some
programmers work directly with users, but not this position.) The
location is awesome: two blocks from Sears Tower, close to all
transportation and UIC.
Here's the official job announcement.
