Right... just tell 'em your using a mac.  They seem to "support" mac
more then Linux, just translate their instructions....(6 steps of
random commands) oh, okay.. so you want me to check my ip....got it.
ifconfig -a

I've done that before so they don't bitch about unsupported OSes.
