Do these classes provide training or do they provide exam prep? In my 
mind the distinction is severe and mutually exclusive.

Additionally the CCNA is retarded unless they have finally updated it. 
In 2000 is was RIP v1, frame relay, and ISDN centric which are and were 
at the time fairly useless technologies.
