[LUNI] Strange wireless AP issue

Because of other WAPs close to me, I changed my channel to 11 and the
PC on my first floor can now see the WAP with decent strength.

How strong is the signal? Some of my neighbors apparently have wireless
now, last week the laptop was seeing those networks instead of our own.
Once I moved closer to the modem it connected fine and held once I moved
back.
Also make sure the 2Wire Monitor utility is turned off on the wireless
machines. Haven't seen an issue at home, but it can conflict with other
networks when you are on the road.
