I have to be careful what I say here, due to my employer. Much of the
material on the internet is terribly out of date (rhce2b.com is notably
bitrotted). 

Be very comfortable actually performing the items listed here:

https://www.redhat.com/training/rhce/examprep.html

Know RHEL 5, know Red Hat specifics, and know them cold. You will be
asked to do these things. Don't bother memorizing man pages.

Be familiar with the topics covered in RH133 and RH253:

And above all, remain calm. It's not an easy exam. I've seen very smart
people get flustered on a single item, and spend way too much time
trying to get it, and fail as a result.
