[LUNI] Chicago Free and Open Source Conference

Interested!

I'd hoped to see something like this grow out of the "Uber FEST" 
discussions of last year, but I don't know what ever happened to that.

I *might* be able to get some sponsorship / cost defrayment going, if 
this becomes real.
