[LUNI] Adaptec vs 3ware

I posed a similar question to the list a couple of years back and
the answer was an almost unanimous vote for 3Ware.
I bought one (8-port SATA) and have had no problems with it.
I have not really needed 3Ware support, so I can't speak to that.
