[LUNI] Disable IPv6 on Ubuntu

Thanks for the tip. I tried that, but it did not work either. Maybe I
have edited so many files that I should either reinstall or try to build
my own kernel. I am surprised K/Ubuntu does not have a GUI app to
disable modules.
