[LUNI] Disable IPv6 on Ubuntu

lol,

well, rebuilding the kernel will most definitely do it, take it out of
the kernel.. that fixes it.  I'm not sure about ubuntu specifically.
I think there's some ubuntu devs that are lurking around, maybe they
can be of some help.
