	Your competitor already knows what you're doing, they are trying to do 
the same thing. If they were not, they wouldn't be your competitor. :-)
	Sure hiding the fact that you're trying to find embedded engineers for 
a secret project makes some sense until you actually try to find an 
embedded engineer with a listing that doesn't spell out what you're 
looking for. If you care that much go through a 3rd party that will keep 
your name confidential, but playing coy on the specifications doesn't 
buy you anything.
