[LUNI] Where is KMilo?

So I've had my new Thinkpad T61 for a few weeks now, and so far I've yet to
need any proprietary software on it. :-) There's still a few holes that need
filling, though, and one of the biggies is KMilo. That's the KDE application
that allows access to the special keys (presumably like the couple of Fn+
keys that don't work yet), and is a KDE port of tpb.
Kubuntu installed it by default for me. It shows up in my KControl center as
running (KDE Components -> Service Manager). But it does not show up as its
own control panel like it's supposed to (in a little applet called "Thinkpad
settings"). There also doesn't seem to be any standalone binary for it.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the kmilo package to no avail.
So KMilo is installed, and it's running, but I can't get to it. Any idea how
I can coax it out of its shell? :-)

"If nature has made any one thing less susceptible than all others of
exclusive property, it is the action of the thinking power called an idea,
which an individual may exclusively possess as long as he keeps it to
himself; but the moment it is divulged, it forces itself into the possession
of every one, and the receiver cannot dispossess himself of it." -- Thomas
