[LUNI] Ram is an Electronic Storage device

Although volatile, data is stored in RAM until it is overwritten or 
moved (or the power goes out!)

I don't think there was any specific mention of what type of ram it was, 
although one would assume it to be volatile ram chips, ram  (as in 
random access memory) could also be any read/write device.
