I really think that it should go this way, once a month he posts a big list of jobs he has open as long as they are not
M$ related jobs. If he's got a specific Linux/BSDM^h Then ONE post if fine. A job posting here is how I actually got my
current job. Over all he was walking a line between being a spammer and just a Head Hunter.
