I've never had a need to do that, but I believe you can do that with
NX.  In server.cfg, you'd have to set:
EnableSessionShadowing = "1"
EnableInteractiveSessionShadowing = "1"

Setting EnableInteractiveSessionShadowing = "0" would make it "view-only".

Their documentation is a little lacking, but it has improved greatly
over the last year.  Here's a nice comprehensive setup guide:
