[LUNI] Ever heard of SimplyMEPIS Linux?

I never heard about it being based on Ubuntu, but it is definitely based on Debian. It is, like Ubuntu, a very "user friendly" distro. It can be run live, or installed to the hard drive. SimplyMEPIS includes a good selection of regular user, desktop add-ons. It does use the KDE desktop.
