[LUNI] VHS to DVD conversion

I use Hauppauge for my Myth box.  The pvr-150 are well supported and
they have decent quality.  They output Mpeg-2, and if the source is
decent, the quality is pretty good.

I've never done an mpeg2 to dvd conversion but there are plenty of
tutorials out there.

And as for the capture, mplayer can do that for you, if you don't want
to deal with any other programs.
