Maybe, but I wouldn't place any reliance on that.  As I may have said
elsewhere, hackers either get root by other means than a root login (so
they don't care if that's available), or else if they acquire the
login/password by other means it doesn't much matter if it's direct
root or an admin account with sudo privs.  Oh, it may act as a
speedbump, and speedbumps are worth adding if they don't cost too much,
but it's not a very large one.  :-)
