What was really amusing was that I came across a mention of this
shortly after reading about how MS is arguing *against* software
patents in its dust-up with AT&T.  IIRC they had the first oral
arguments t the Supreme Court yesterday.

I'd say it was left hand/right hand, but Ballmer's just a loose cannon,
so it's not really about knowing or not knowing, is it?
