[LUNI] PRNG is not seeded : Help

Hi All,

I am seeing the below error message when I try SSH now. There was a power failure that took the debian server down. I am seeing this after it came back.

I only get this message, when I try SSH  as a regular "user" mode. If I login as root, this issue is not seen.

Any ideas?

Searching on the web, it seems to have to do with /dev/random. However, why would it only affect regular users and not root?
