Having worked with them when I was looking (they didn't place me) and
having had them call my boss to try to place people I say this: run, run
away very fast.
Seriously, they never bothered to understand what I was looking for in a
job and told me just to pick one skill and let them place me based on
that. On the other side, they seem to tell the companies they call what
they want to hire, not what the company is looking for. They are the
ultimate skills bingo match up company that doesn't listen to what
either side wants.
Maybe someone has a better experiance, but I would never work with them
in any capacity. They turned me off of recruiting companies so much
that I almost dismiss people working with them. Recently I had a good
experiance on the hiring side with another recruiting company so I'm
starting to think its boilston alone that's the problem.
