I've dealt with a few around here, and my only advice is: don't use a
recruiter.  It's easy to forget one key fact - they are a business.
That means their end goal is to make money.  They don't work for you,
they work for the biggest paycheck they can get.

A lot of recruiters tend to completely ignore your feelings about a
certain job because it would make them a good commission.  They try to
pressure you into it.
