Yes That is true. However I think it servers them better to get them selfs a
good reputation by working for not only the largest comission they can get, but
also trying to get you the largest paycheck they can get you, and listen to your
feeling. If you walk off a job before a specified time frame they don't get
paid.  I have no problem with using Head Hunters, as long as they work WITH me,
if I hire them, if they are contact me they must be willing to work WITH me as
well, not just preasure me to in taking an interview.
