Does Debian still install the 2.4 kernel?
The Sarge build their latest stable and is a bit dated (June 2005 if
memory serves).

Tried U/Kubuntu on my laptop and couldn't get the wireless card to
connect with either one.
It recognized the card and all, gust didn't want to authenticate with my
AP.
