[LUNI] Recommendations for CoLo or Hosting

For colo, I'm currently using steadfast.net in Chicago. They do allow tower
servers, but they price is more then for rackmount servers. Otherwise, if
you get a cheap dedicated server or perhaps even a VPS, you would have root
access to the server/virtual server and can then install what you want.
However, I don't know of any specific hosting company that offers Oracle.
