Adding on to suggestion #1...
Look for a box that support 120mm fans.
The larger fans will move the same amount of air while 
spinning at a lower speed as a 80mm fan spinning at a 
higher speed would. and try to avoid ribbon cables inside 
the box. The round cables are a little more expensive, but 
don't block airflow in the box.
