Oh, I definitely agree that Ubuntu is doing a great job making Linux
accessible to the end user.
the gateway was from '97 or so... doesn't matter now, I did end up
getting a new HD after getting lectured about doing bad things to my
computer.
Just something to be aware of if you're going to be installing another
OS on a computer you don't own. Make sure it clears with the vendor.
