My spam filters have eaten the message I wanted to reply to, but...

If you go into the Wiki link "Recent changes" and dink around with the
number of changes and number of days you can get back to some old
(good) content.

E.g.:

Of course, in the meantime, you need to find out which automated
web-scripting spam-bot is hitting it and messing it up, or you'll be
in an arms race to fix it up before they hit it again...
