[LUNI] dm-crypt w/LUKS access

I am looking at migrating some users off of good old CFS over to
dm-crypt-luks. I can setup the crypt containers, but I cannot seem to
find a way for users to mount or admin their keys -- I can do it as root
with no problem. Does anyone have any experience using dm-crypt in a
multi-user environment who may have some insight into this problem?
