[LUNI] Request Help with ClamAv

well, search for clamd which is the binary.  you do this either from
the GUI, I'm sure Ubuntu has some sort of search functionality, maybe
Roberto can fill you in.  He's a bit more of an Ubuntu fan boy then I
am.

if you want to do this from the console you could do something like

sudo find / -iname "clamd"

see if there are multiple versions of clamd, then to find the version
just type clamd --version

again all this is from the console.  Be careful with from source and
binary installs.. you can have conflicts that can confuse
Ubuntu/whatever distro you use.

btw, if you really wanna have some fun, try instaling a mailserver and
tying in clamd into the mailserver, to automatically scan all incoming
emails.
