Was that using the xen-tools stuff? I haven't tried any of their
RPM-based setups, but the deb-based ones I've tried so far have been
usable. Not perfect - they omit some surprising things (I can't
remember the last time I saw a newly installed machine without less, to
cite one that stuck in my mind), and there are some limitations to your
choices, but it worked quite well enough to get it to the point I could
lay hands on the guest domain and finish the job.
