Thanks Sean, I looked at 37signals.com, it didn't really seem like
they had what I was looking for.

I'm more asking the question of which wiki "brands" would allow me to
have a private wiki, where, in order to view/add/update, one would
have to be a registered user.  And I as the administrator could remove
add or remove users as I like.
