[LUNI] Wiki with passwords

I've heard good things about Twiki (http://twiki.org/); its considered
an enterprise class wiki.

It looks like someone does hosting:
http://www.siteground.com/twiki-hosting.htm.

That's the first one I saw on Google, so I have no idea what they are
like.

I'd like to have an internal wiki for my company.  Most of the data
will be slightly sensitive.

Can anyone suggest a wiki hosting company, that provides a wiki where
I (as the administrator) could create and remove users, give read &
write privs indepentantly to different users, and attach files to
certain pages for download?
