[LUNI] DSL Providers

Back when I hosted my own mail/web server out of my home, I used XO as
my ISP and Covad was the DSL provider.
My DSL circuit was dry, but it was also slow (due to my distance from
the CO) and expensive since to have servers required a commercial
account. I did have 5 static IPs to play with, but an IDSL (144KB)
circuit cost me $125/month. I dropped it when at&t raised the tarrifs
and it went up to $135 or so. I am now using GoDaddy as my host and
WOW cable internet. The annual hosting costs at GoDaddy are less than
what 1 month cost me with XO.
