I don't know what NPOs will take as some tend to be less discriminating,
but I have been working with Midwest Recycling and they will refurb
working systems for resale.  Pretty much a break-even, but you don't
have to pay for disposal.  The rep there told me they are pretty much
only interested in PIII class systems and above.
Anything older is not worth it.
