[LUNI] Open Source AP/AR/GL

I'm looking for an open source accounting pacakge that
does AP/AR/GL. I've
used PostgreSQL in the past which I've been
considering again although I'd
like to not have to support both MySQL and Postgres
this time. After
something web based, preferably in PHP and that uses
MySQL as opposed to
Postgres. Any pointers?
