Hey,
We'd like to set up two physically separate boxes as web servers and keep
them in sync. The idea is to allow separate devel teams to work locally
but the content show up on the outside in a uniform fashion. I can see
how to use a messy rsync cron process w/ the understanding we'd be
looking at some "dirty data" issues (dev A and dev B both modifing the
same file) but that can probably be worked out. It's the tool's use of ftp
that makes it really slow now for the non-local dev team. They like to
trade off the access speed for the dirty data concern (mostly they work on
different stuff).
I have the feeling I've asked this question before but if anybody knows
of a slick solution, that'd be great.
Thanks.
a
Andy Bach

Wire telegraph is a kind of a very, very long cat. You pull his tail in
New York and his head is meowing in Los Angeles. And radio operates
exactly the same way. The only difference is that there is no cat.
