[LUNI] Looking for a web developer

I've got a small project that I'd like to get done, but I don't really have 
time time (nor motivation) to do it myself.  So I figured I'd see if anyone 
on here would be willing to do it.  It's a relatively small project, but I 
have a large list of features I'd like to have in the finished product.  By 
themselves, none of the features are large, although some are larger then 
others.  But overall, they're fairly small.  

What I'd like is someone that has experience with PHP (preferably PHP5), 
mySQL, Flash, ImageMagick and ffmpeg.  I've also been toying with the idea of 
using Ruby on Rails, but I haven't made a decision on this, so I'm open as 
far as PHP vs RoR.  

If anyone is interested, please contact me off list and I'll give you more 
details and you can let me know what you would charge for this.  Based on the 
requirements, you can probably guess what I'm after, but the basic idea is a 
site for uploading/sharing pics and vids.  Yes, I know there are already 
scripts that do this, but none of them have the features that I'm after.
