[LUNI] Cable Modems...

I have had WOW for a few years, and they guarantee the rate for 1 full
year (unless you make changes to your service), with 1 exception...
they lowered my bill without permission when ComCrap started to offer
their teaser rates.  Now I save $20 a month, how presumptuous of them!
