My 2 cents if you have not figured it out so far.
Is it the internal ip address of your email server? This server may be
able to send emails but Yahoo and others will not accept the email
because iP address in the header is private. (10.238.11.252).

Is 10.238.11.252 the actual IP address in question? If so, it sounds
like it is an internal IP on your network. 10.0.0.0-10.255.255.255 are
reserved for private networks and are not addressable on the internet.
So it should not be comming from yahoo.
