Have you looked into Speakeasy?  They do a better job of bundling DSL
and VOIP than speakeasy does (imho).  Comcast had faster downloads,
but I generally preferred the VOIP from Speakeasy.  Also, their
customer  service was good; Comcast's totally stinks.

If it matters to you, Speakeasy has free landline calls to many places
in the world; Comcast charges like an old school long distance
company.
