The sound is good, provided you are not running lots of Bittorrents on your
network. Vonage lets you control how much bandwidth calls use so slower
connections can use more compression. Of course this lowers the quality, but
it still works.
For 911, you enter your address into your account so when you dial 911 the
call is routed proper and your address is passed on. Not a big deal as some
would make it out to be.
