[LUNI] HD Enclosure

My main computer died the other day.  I think (hope) that it was the
power supply.  By coincidence I had just purchased a replacement, it
being long in the tooth.  New computer will have Ubuntu 7.02 installed.

In any case, I had a 160 GB HD in the computer that I had formatted as a
data partition (EFS3, I think).  It held my nightly backups, pictures
and music.  Rather than tear apart the new computer I'm thinking of
getting an external disk enclocure, SATA to USB.  Does anyone have any
advice?  In particular, what is a good, reasonably priced brand that may
be available at Frys or Microcenter.  Any brands to stay away from?  Is
this something that Just Works, or are there likely to be compatability
problems?
