[LUNI] simple RAID question

If you controller supports it, consider RAID5, RAID5+hot spare, 
or RAID6.

Check with controller documentation on the limitations on size and number 
of disks, you may have to create 2 RAID10 arrays -- I've recently ran into 
an older 3Ware SATA RAID not supporting arrays over 2Gb.
