Google Apps!  Would be dirt cheap - and hands free - and plays nicely
with Outlook (IMAP/POP)
Sync with calendar (one of many options):

I've heard of Zimbra, never played with it, but it seems like a solid
package - I think Comcast rolled that out to their subscribers?  I
cant recall - I remember some big news like that.  The really make
their licensing info vague
