Hi all,

The next Flourish meeting will be this Wednesday at 5:30 in the usual place
(Linux Labs). Now that the site is up, and we are awaiting a decision from
SAFC on the status of our application, we can get started on inviting public
media outlets.

We should also finalize the plans for the schedule and talk about any
pending speakers not yet 100% confirmed. I have found a speaker to interest
biostatisticians and psychologists (my stats professor is already interested
in attending!). Let's talk about the various tracts and the flow of events.

Also, we'll  need stage plans if they are available, information on the
possibilities of news feeds and whatnot (let us exhause all of our options).
We need to discuss T-shirts, door prizes, and registration.

If you are interested in the technical aspects of Flourish, or things at the
organizational level, please attend Wednesday's meeting. We'll have pizza!
