[LUNI] Laptop Suggestions

I just got a Lenovo Raven X61 convertible from Emperor Linux and I love
it.
4 LBS, about 6 hours runtime and they install your favorite distro with
full hardware support.
They even customize the kernel to make everything work & play nice.
They also offer tech support to help you get it working the way you
want.

My only complaint is, being an IBM design, they have that ridiculous
pointer stick "mouse". After about an hour with it, I went to Tiger
Direct & got a blue tooth mouse from Logitech.

Since they have to buy them with a 'doze installed, they will leave it
on and let you dual boot.
I played with Vista Business for a day or two and if I had to use it
exclusively I would probably blow my brains out. It would routinely
freeze using my Sprint EVDO modem and if I rebooted with the card
installed, I got the dreaded BSOD. No such problems under Linux.
