[LUNI] swimming upstream on SSH or VPN

Hi,

Is there any way to use an SSH tunnel from the destination?  That is,
if I'm on "A" and ssh to "B", is there a way once the tunnel has been
established, that B could use the tunnel for its own purposes (such as
doing a VNC of A)?
