The WRT54G uses a web-based interface. I assume you have the logon info
(username and password).
If not, there is a simple way to reset it, but you lose all the WRT54
configuration.
User manuals for this router are available online from Linksys.
As for the IP info, if it is static, you need to get that from your ISP.
Typically it will be an IP address, netmask, default route, and 1 or
more nameservers.
