If your site is more managed than "really dynamic" (vis, a given URL will 
basically always give the same result), you can use wget to generate a static 
dump of the entire site.  The -m flag is a shortcut to what is the usual 
settings for that.  There's another switch I can't recall at the moment that 
will make it add .html to URLs, which many CMSes don't have on their pages 
otherwise.
